  11.           (TUCSON, Ariz. -- December 6, 1991) -- Artisoft, Inc.,  announced
  12.           today that  its  LANtastic  Local Area  Network  was  awarded  an
  13.           Innovator of  the Year  Award for  Computer/Software  Innovation.
  14.           Artisoft's Founder, President and CEO, C. John Schoof II accepted
  15.           the award at  the  Arizona  Innovation  Network's  Second  Annual
  16.           Awards Presentation December 4 at The Buttes in Phoenix.

  18.           Artisoft develops and  manufactures a full  line of hardware  and
  19.           software  for local  area networks, including the LANtastic Local
  20.           Area Network. The LANtastic Network  is  the  leading   DOS-based
  21.           peer-to-peer network and has won numerous industry awards for its
  22.           cost-effective  features, performance, and ease of use. It allows
  23.           up to 300 users of IBM -compatible computers to connect and share
  24.           information and peripheral devices, such as printers, hard drives
